Hi Rick, I've got a question for you. I was watching a video by Jeff Ford today where he said that NPD is now making their own fuel senders. I checked for my 69 and see its made by All Classic Parts. Do your senders now have the OEM resistance curve? You might want to mention that in the specs, because anyone who has been around for a while knows that aftermarket senders can't perform like a restored original.

Last week I was in Charlotte for a couple days r&r. Did a will call order, under $300. When I picked up, they didn’t tell me one item was on back order,(I ordered two). But the other showed up the other day. You didn’t have to pay shipping, I could have got it later.
 
All kidding aside, I enjoy having Rick's perspective on an aspect of our hobby that we would normally not have privilege, and I hope he can participate here as an enthusiast, and not feel that he must always be an ambassador for his business. If I have an issue with NPD I'll let NPD handle it!

Likewise. But not only his perspective, but also that he's obviously a true enthusiast and advocate for the hobby. I'm confident our wants, desires, and needs are relayed to his product managers and manufacturers/suppliers. It really is a win-win, symbiotic relationship with this market segment group.

Yes, I'm finally here!!

Regarding senders, I replied already to your email, but I'll repeat here... Jeff Ford was over-generalizing a bit... We carry a WIDE array of different units from different manufacturers with different qualities and materials and tech.

However, the ones that we have done exclusivly for us by "Jumbosolenoid" in Taiwan, those are supposed to have the correct OE resistance curve designed into the rheostats. Those are the -2B, -3B and -4B units specifically.
