67 Deluxe door panels

I picked up some black/aluminum deluxe door panels at Iola swap meet,I was wondering if all deluxe panels had the hole for drivers side mirror? Is there anyone who sells the knob/base plate? Or have any ideas to delete the hole?

Mine had deluxe int. and the adj. mirror. I found an alum. plug that fit the hole, not smooth but beat the hole in the hole in the door. I think I picked it up at Lowes in the nut/bolt cabinets. I'll look when I go tomorrow and post a pic if I can get one to come out.

I got mine from Burton. They will not make the hole if you do not want it.
