The date for the 2024 Ponies In The Smokies event is set for MARCH 18TH, 19TH, 20TH, 21ST, 22ND, & 23RD 2024. Of all the annual events, this is my favorite. Like Mustang Week, this is more than just a car show. It's a smaller venue than Mustang Week, which for me makes for a slightly more intimate setting. And, we don't get all the crazies that you sometimes hear about in Myrtle Beach. But, this event is growing every year. Not into car shows, well there is the poker run that takes you from the Smokies Stadium off I-40 all the way down to Deals Gap via the Tail of the Dragon. There are pop-up meets and cruise in's every night and most days. Just head on over to Quaker Steak & Lube and you're bound to find Mustangs parked in the lower lot.
