2000 Windstar Windshield wiper issue - Need help

The passenger side windshield wiper quit working on my wife's Windstar. I think there was ice build up on it keeping it from moving when my wife drove it. When I cleared the ice this morning, it still did not work. The driver's side works fine. How to you get to the mechanism? I do not see it under the dash. Thanks for the help.

Thanks Rick for the link. Turns out it was just the nut was loose where the wiper arm mounts to the windshield motor arms so it had popped off the pivot shaft. I fixed it and cleaned all that road grimed off the van so now Julie is real happy!

Need to use those husband points before I do something that makes them expire!
