1967 289 coupe

Thanks for the welcome, this was my first mustang, I've owned it for 40 years, was a daily driver for many years, I owned a '67 fastback, a beautiful blue '67 coupe, and a red '66 coupe, all now gone to new owners, I saved the burnt amber coupe for a retirement project, it was always my best handling car , I have a manual transmission I'll be converting from the original c4, the car is a C-code 289 with factory air, factory tinted windows, saddle interior, I borrowed a few parts from it over the years, slowly collecting parts for it as my budget allows. Looking forward to driving it again, maybe next year? Retirement is busy with multiple projects.

Welcome! I don't know where you're located, but if you're in AZ, you and @crustycurmudgeon should get together and do a photoshoot. Twinsies!

VERY cool that you still have your first Mustang. Frank has also had his since the '80s. I guess Burn Amber grows on you and is hard to let go.
