17's vs 18's for a 68

I'm going to swap out my wheels after finding out they won't work with my brakes. I have 17's right now. Opinions please on staying with 17's or going with 18's. Looking at these wheels: http://www.americanracing.com/wheels/VF490/VF4901 or doing the tradition american racing 5 spoke. Thoughts?

I think it comes down to preference. I have 17's and like the look, couldnt picture 18's on mine. I see 18's on some cars and like them, but still cant see my car with 18's.

I have 17's on my 67.

I'm old....I like the classic look of rubber sidewalls not rubber bands.
That being said it is becoming more difficult to get the smaller diameter tires now.
