What a great show, I was so glad to drive a little south from my oven hot area of SoCAL to get a nice sea breeze and take in some nice looking rides.

I was so jealous of the weather I didn't want to leave Long Beach. After the show I drove over the famous Vincent Thomas Bridge where the big Eleanor jump from Gone In 60 Seconds occurred.

Here are the photographs.

It wasn't in the show but I fell in Love with it. I would so have this for my daily driver if I could afford it.

I like it, what Fred will somewhat look like without the wheels and the functional side scoops.

Gotta dig the road runner emblem, just wish they would have put a little more time into it and lined everything up more accurately.

The kids down here are out of control, here they are passing around a python. WTF?

The Vincent Thomas Bridge from San Pedro
(Sorry it didn't come out so well, I didn't have my tripod with me, long exposures are hard to pull off free hand)

and your cousin must have a heck of a time buying pants.

Thanks for sharing.

Yeah it's a great show. They have about 20 vintage dragsters there also and they light them all up at the same time. It's a pretty cool show with 285 cars in it. This year I was helping with parking and some of those chevy owners are complete jackasses. That green nova with the 22 inch rims he was something else. This a great little Southern California show that has become one I check out every year. This was a first year with a lot of vintage mustangs so the word is spreading around.

Thanks for showing up ABE!!! I really need to lower my car....

I like the new wheels!

Thanks I wasn't sure I was going to like 17 inch rims on my car until I mounted them. Now I am happy with my choice. They are REV wheels and the only ones that make completely chromed torq thursts. On the center cap it says " Licensed by American Racing"

No my car still doesn't look as bad as yours did in 4WD!!!

Judging by his license plate and scoop, he has a 460 punched out to 514 cubes. It does look like he has a straight axle too!

nice pics, Abe. What was that guy asking for the pickup?
