I have a PM going but not sure how to get the information across without the axe falling. Maybe I should bide my time until the crappy cereal guy is gone?

Maybe one of you can send the other their email address in a PM? Obfuscate it so the censors (or bots) can't harvest it. Or even set up an email account with gmail or yahoo if you don't want to expose your "real" one.

The undigestible cereal guy is supposed to be leaving, "after a job well done", so I'm gonna give it a week. The VMF forum members who I've ever conversed with that I know the email or phone number of, have already been informed.

Bart alone stands above. Only a member for 7 1/2 years he compiled an astonishing 22,000 posts, and they weren't "Meme" posts in the Off Topic Lounge either. Personally I am one happy camper right now.

Wow! I'm just another Mustang nut, but it's good to be here in great company! I even saw @bartl is here, already helping owners, and I'm so glad I can read all of your helpful posts. I'm still learning and stealing pictures and diagrams for putting stuff together!

I checked the two sites just now. The original VS-run Pirate4x4 forum has 4 posts in the last 24 hours. Irate4x4 has 105.

I was wondering about @Kelly_H only to discover she's already here but hasn't checked in since about a year ago. She visited VMF about ten days ago but that was before the mass exodus. Boy, is she in for a surprise. At least we don't have to track her down, and she's star power, a gem. My guess is when she sees the heart, soul, muscle, and guts from VMF have moved here she won't be inclined so much to visit there.
Stangfix might become her go-to now.

Three months ago this site was on life support with no real fixing going on, and almost non existent traffic. It got a face lift a little over a month ago, and then started getting the refugees from VMF. Its an amazing transformation. Hopefully it attracts newbies too, and we are all able to help and grow this site.
Edit: I just looked at the counter and it made me laugh- 36 members on line. Most days it would be just one or two.

I do wonder how it will look to the Admin's bosses, particularly Circle jerK's, who put up that activity chart and said, "Don't worry about that drop at the end. That hasn't happened yet," when it actually happens because the majority of the most active members left and no longer welcome new members (the majority of which aren't paying subscribers) or are generating most of the traffic answering their questions and carrying on with one another. Heck, if their stats are right, I've created 140 threads and made over 21,000 posts in six years myself.
Unless sabotage was those admins' mission all along... hmmmm....
