The wife's new car showed up today. We have come out of the closet and joined the GO parade.

I have never compared my 70 to a new one. It is amazing how small mine is. (I did not just say that did I?)

You said it, can't believe YOU said it, but I'm sure it will stick (pun intended)

:lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol

That'll make a GREAT track day car :pbj and being GO, if you wad it up, it's no real loss :ecit

Shame on you for recognizing the Prius in the background.

I have to put my pride in to my pocket every day when I drive it work. The only good thing is that my pride sits on top of the cash I have in my pocket that I don't spend on gas.

Note that there are nothing but Fords in the garage now and they are all gas guzzlers.

Sweet ride.

Is that a Parnelli Jones edition?

Good catch. It is.

They are starting to show up on the market/at used car auctions now that the 2011s are out. They have taken a huge drop in value from their new price, 50% on average. I picked this one up for way under what a new 2011 would have cost me.

This one has only 6200 miles on it. The computer in the car shows that the average speed over the 6200 miles was only 35mph so it has not seen much highway or high speed time.

Hopefully I will not have any issues. My insurance man was just a bit concerned when I showed it to him today.

Very nice addition to the garage. :coo

I stopped in to local ford dealerships last summer and to compare the 2010 to my 70.

Cool pic Rapid.

And nice looking ride Skip! I want to see it. But it needs the meatballs on it for sure.

Just get the bigger ones to compensate for your smaller size...

:nk

Very nice! There was a used PJ car sitting on the Nissan lot across the highway. I was tempted to test drive it, but I really dont need another car in the driveway.....

I also noticed you purposely denied us the "number" on the bumper. Just sayin'.....

I feel that I am committing PJ blasphemy by actually using this car as a driver.

The market drop in value on these definately has upset those that paid the sticker for them three years ago.

I would be a bit upset also.

I really don't feel the need to buy the missing swag that came with these cars new (air pump, meatballs, Saleen key chain, etc..)

The PO (or someone else along the way) cleaned these things out of the car and probably sold them on ebay.

Sluggo, the car number is = 6^3 + 3^3 + 12.
