I had a recliner seat, the hinge pin broke on the lower driver's seat.
I was going to just weld it up but my wife asked if I had any spare parts. I decided to look at the other set of 68 seats I had and was surprised to see that it had been repaired before from the same issue. It had a bracket bolted on and the original area had been ground smooth. It looks much stronger so I decided to use it instead of weld the original.
I just had to drill a hole and bolt it on! Sweet!
