Well, I need to replace the front aprons, the front frame rails and the floors. What is the best way to approach this? They all rely on each other, so I am a little confused.

I would do the frame rails and torque boxes first. Weld to the pieces that will stay in tact, and temporarily screw or just tack weld where panels will be replaced. Ideally you would build a jig to insure your suspension pickup points don't change. Once the structural pieces are set, then it's just a matter of replacing the floors and aprons independantly ... one piece at a time.

I've found that the export brace is a great piece to keep the shock towers in the right position when working on the front frame rails and aprons.
