where to buy C4 flex plate?

Hey everyone,

I am wondering where a good source to buy a c4 flex plate would be? I know auto zone can get them, but I don't want to end up with a piece of crap. I would like to have a "new" not a reman one if possible. I need a 157 tooth 28 oz imbalance flex plate. I also need a new block plate since my WAY out of balance flex plate tore the crap out of it. I am open to after market as well, but if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.

I may have an extra out in the shop. I'll check it out when I head out there a bit later. If I do, it's yours.

bulkpart.com is the cheapest I've ever seen, something like $20 for whatever flexplate you want, and they are a transmission parts wholesaler, so I'd imagine the parts are decent quality.

Can' you find them at your local NAPA or other similar auto store?

Yes, but they are an order in item only and like I said above, I believe they are remanufactured. I am not totally against this, but at the same time I don't want to go through what I just went through again.

Don't forget to use that reinforcementplate that, together with the bolts , holds the flexplate to the crankshaft.Aware of that?
