Video-1st and 2nd Engine Start

October 2011 in my garage. I finally received Iphone video shot by my friend on the day we fired the new motor. My engine builder is the guy in the blue/white hat and rest are our buddies. Ran the motor for a minute then tinkered around. Contrary to what is said in the video, I never saw any sparks, but my fresh header paint did get cooked a little.

This is the 2nd start up / cam break-in, and my anxiety level is a little high. At 49 seconds you hear the loud metallic clang when one of the guys kicked over the old exhaust that was by the workbench. No water leaks, but the ticking sound came from a loose header gasket.
