Trunk Tool Rattle

What do you all put your tools in to keep them from rattling around? I thought about getting a few tool rolls, but haven't decided which one's best...

A trunk Monkey shouldn't rattle when it's rolling around back there. Get a carpet kit to deaden the sound. :craz

Good god Dale, you carry that many tools to warrant such a tool chest? :lol Is it on wheels? :lol

Due to the minimal amount of I carry, I use a very small old retired backpack with the following contents:

2-3 hand rags
2-3 pr of latex gloves
cable ties
couple screw drivers
crescent wrench
tiny roll of black duct tape

Can't say I have ever used any of it except for the rags and gloves.

I also have a trunk carpet kit in both rigs which help prevent items from rolling around.

Craig, apparently you and I have a totally different definition of "Large" :eek:mg

I carry all SAE size wrenches, breaker bar w/lug socket attached, 3 step socket sets. and screw drivers. I think the tool roll-ups are more organized if you have a lot.

Cool.... I just won this one at a cruise in last night....holds a ton of tools....

Cool prize....how did you win it Pete ??

Just a door prize ticket. I won a shop stool and a couple of small buffers in the past few months from the same cruise in. They have also given away one of those BBQ's that look like an engine and an engine hoist. I think they are doing another grill soon to. Some are door prizes, some are separate tickets to buy.
