Sunvisor?

Is there a way to adjust the tension on the sunvisors? The DS visor is fine, but the other one seems to creep down about an inch or so while driving around. Any ideas?

I have had luck in squeezing the area where the rod slides into. I used pliers and covered the visor with a shop rag to prevent ,marking. I did this with the visor removed from the rod. Squeeze to hard and it can crush the tube.

I removed the visor from the long rod, held the visor with both hands wrapped around the "pivot" edge and the just ever so lightly bent it just enought to tweak the iternal sleave. It worked beautifully.... I couldn't believe the 1 minute fix sitting in the car solved a year long problem. no tools required either...
