Stang dieing issue

At a stop but in gear, it sometime stumbles and dies. Also dies when turning right and going over a bump (strange).

I have looked for shorts, loose wires, ... Suggestions
 
The turning right is interesting...but no wires related to ignition should be close to the steering linkages. What about a short in your NSS wiring that goes to the tranny? Perhaps it is being pinched...
 
Check your ground straps. Loose or missing.

Also what carb do you have? How is your vacuum? Leaks anywhere?

Any reason to focus strictly on an electrical issue? Carb problems maybe? I'd at least check floats, needle/seat as well as vacuum leaks like Mel mentioned.
 
I hunted mine down for awhile until I figured out the pins in the back of the ignition switch weren't seating fully into the plug. I know you checked for loose wires, but this issue might've eluded you. Hope this helps.

Maybe a bad fuel pump?( little crack in menbrame)
 
replace fuel pump, checked for shorts and loose wires. I going to check spark plugs and wires next.
 
Float levels in your bowls, accelerator pump, vacuum leaks, idle mixture set? That is where I would start...

OK, get some starting fluid or carb cleaner and while your car is running spray it on the hoses and intake. The idle will change if there is a leak.

I thought about what has been done.

Let's recap.

New fuel pump
Checked for loose wires in ignition
Checked ground straps

Did you check plugs and wires?
Did you check the float levels and your carb?

What kind of carb?

I am thinking something loose or a fuel delivery issue due to the problem happening during turns and such.

It might be a vacuum issue but unlikely since it doesn't happen all the time but at a stop and turns. Unless a line is being pinched when turning.

Fuel level in the carb bowled would explain the issue during turns but not at idle. An air/fuel issue at idle in gear maybe you at a stop problem.

At this point I feel there are multiple issues. Try getting the manual for your carb and adjust it while in gear at an idle.

no vacuum leaks detected. I guess I now need to figure out how to check and adjust the carb floats. The carb is a Quick Fuel. I do not even remember buying this unit.

Looks like my fuel level might be too high, it is about midway on the sight window. Would this cause the issue I am having?
 
I noticed the same thing in your photos. The carb resembles a Holley 4150 so google "adjusting holley float" and you should find at least a couple of video "how to" clips
 
Address your float levels first, fix issues as you find them, though as stated above, I don't think this is the source of your stumble.
To lower your float levels, typically, with the motor off, rock the car side to side to get the fuel levels below the sight window opening. Advice here is to replace the sight windows with sight plugs on your fuel bowls. You need to slosh the fuel level below the sight window, then lower the float with the adjusting nut. Start the car, get a good idle and recheck your levels.
How is the fuel level in your secondary bowl? Is it low, or high?
Also, off idle stumbles are often the result of your accelerator pump not being properly adjusted. There should be very light spring load against the accelerator pump cam, so that even the slightest throttle shaft movement you should instantly see fuel coming out of the squirter nozzle. At WOT, there should be no free play in the levers / linkage that operates the accelerator pump (i.e. no slop in the linkage). IIRC, this can be verified with a .015 feeler gauge between the pump lever and the adjustment linkage.

I am not a carb guy. I'll have to defer to those with more knowledge.

When the carb is done please tell us what symptoms remain and a new list of what was done.
