here's the 54 p/u I brought home last week. it was the one pop was building before he passed. that's a pint paint can wedged between the bumper/floor...

Looks good Steve, what are your plans for it? Planning to finish it the way Pops would have done it?

eh.........Not bad if you like Chebbie trucks :thum

Are you going to utilized the spare tire rear fender? I enjoyed that feature when I had my '53 & '54 beasts.

not sure what i'm going to do. in reality, i'm going to have to sell something. along with this truck, I also brought home a 52 chevy 2 dr hardtop with a cherry body. add in my 69 chev pickup, the mustang & the triumph (which are all sitting outside in the weather right now) something will have to go. wish I had a warehouse to store these in until time permits to build them. the weather here isn't kind when they are outside.

this one originally had the dual mounts. someone had beat the indention out on the pass fender with a hammer & ruined it. think I will delete the drivers side too.

But can it out run a PT Cruiser? :pbj

currently, the driveshaft is out, but I think I can push it fast enough to pass a PT...

You need a place to store a few for a while? I've got the room. Bad new is, I'm about 4 hours away.
