DILLIGARA?
Donator
Here's a '67-GT500 which was just purchased from Canada which was owned during the early 80's by the son of actor Clark Gable who sold it to another SoCal party who kept it for quite a few years before it found it's way to Canada?

Tho they havent been used for awhile the rig still has it's original black plates. New owner is asking my neighbor to give it a going through.

Nice! I noticed the LMC tag and frame on the back. If he bought it from Peter Klutt he paid a pretty penny for!

Why am I thinking about pulling a gone in 60 seconds right now...

Sweet ride... any idea what he paid?

You got much more interesting neighbors than I do. So it returned to California from Canada eh? That car, if it were dark blue, would be my dream machine. It aint too shabby in Wimbledon White either. Since it has the centered driving lights it would be an early 67 (California wouldn't approve the centered lights but allowed Shelby to build his way out of his inventory of grilles), but it doesn't have those "Autozone" trailer lights on the B pillars at the back of the air scoops like many early 67s I've seen over the years. Actually, the lack of those dumb lights improves the looks of the car, but I was wondering if Shelby cut out the little round red lights before he ran out of the center mounted driving light grilles? Anybody out there know?

My dad owned a '67 GT350, Dark Blue with black interior. It is the one car my folks owned that I wish I still had today. I always loved the steering wheel, the hood scoop and the shoulder harness and roll bar.
