Another possibility for fuel in the oil is a bad diaphragm in the fuel pump. That's a cheap fix!
Midlife, I was thinking also about changing fuel pumps. This one is new but you never know. I also put a pressure gauge on the fuel line and it shows right at 6 pounds.
