With everything going wrong down here there is a positive note. Now when someone ask you " how is going ? " and you're having a crappy week you can say " I feel like I just lived a week in Orlando " and most will know what you mean. ( around here anyway )
 
It was sad to hear about the Voice singer getting shot and even sadder hearing about the little boy getting eaten by the gator.
 
The gator incident is just horrible. When I was stationed in south Florida I had no desire to wander around in the bush because of those big lizards. From what I have read Dland did everything possible to keep those critters out of the area. And it was posted "No swimming".

Every body of water in Fl has a gator in it. When it rains hard and the swales fill, you'll find them there too. It's sad that people seem to stay unaware of the danger.
That said, we water ski'd all the time with them
