Stangfix Xmas party

Its time again to meet up and enjoy the season.

May I make a suggestion? Rather than go to the regular place I would like to offer to host a get together at my house. I know it will be a long drive for a few folks in the central valley which I hope will not deter them from coming. We would have a everyone bring something party. Meats, cheeses, chips, salads, drinks. The usual soda, beer, water and Jeff’s margaritas. It would be a more social gathering rather than sitting across from a couple folks and not socializing with everyone.

I propose the following dates Nov 15,16, 29, 20 or Dec 6, 7, 13,14, 20, 21

Of course if the consensus is go back to DeBoccery then that’s okay too.

Let me know. And a date.

some of us WORK! I will check my calendar and let you know what dates work. We are good with either plan, I know the restaurant is not the best, but it keeps anyone from having to clean up or do the dishes. Happy to go with the flow!

Casa Gullery works. I'll need to check with my travel agent to see if we have conflicting travel plans or other stuff I don't remember. I'll get back to you by next week.

Travel agent ? So thats what we call our wifes nowedays ? I can relate to that !
At the end of november , my wife Greta goes into retirement. She already has booked a trip out of country.

Bruno:

Yes, Diane is all about miles/points and is a ferocious shopper when it comes to free upgrades and airport lounges. We travel fairly frequently so she typically books a couple of trips ahead. My job is to show up at the airport at the correct time and assume my primary role of "Sherpa"! Fortunately, we have learned to travel light and usually avoid checked baggage so navigating the airports has become second nature. AmEx is renovating its Terminal 3 lounge at SFO and temporarily relocated it to Terminal 2. I am looking forward to trying it out! Nothing says "Good Morning" like cocktails for breakfast LOL

Regards, Jeff

@KBMWRS Whereabouts is your place vs going back to DaBoccery? My brother and I just stopped at that gas station in the same parking lot as DB on a trip to Gilroy to pick up his Camaro (sorry), once on the way down, and again on the way back up.
