No 69 Mach 1 Registry?

I see one for the '70 Mach 1's.
And one for the '70 Grabbers.
And another for the 2003-2004 Mach 1's.

But there does not seem to be a registry for '69 Mach 1's. Well, technically, there is a website, but it's apparently just a questionnaire page, so I assume it's defunct. Have I missed it somehow?
