Neighbors dog pooping in your yard?

A while back we had a Fix'er with this issue. I could not find the old post to resurrect it. We had someone with the neighbors dog doing its business in their yard. This would also work for your boss or someone you just do not like.

A neighbors dog started dumping in my yard last summer. My dog got even by dumping in neighbors yard. The bright side of poop is is does spot fertilize the yard.
