Still not sure which item you are referring to. Can you highlight the correct item in the pic?
Glass setting tape is what is used between the glass and the stainless frame. 1/16" thick tape is the thickness I used. If you have a local glass shop, you might be able to get some from them (just don't get it with the cork/rubber styles).
I got mine from the following ebay seller.

When you install it, soak it in soapy water, fold it lengthwise, then partially set it into the channel, then with a wooden mallet, tap the frame onto the glass starting at the corner working your way out to the ends (back and forth a little at a time until it seats... then use a razor blade to trim the excess... Pretty easy to do.
FYI... if you ever need to the bottom of the door glass to the regulator frame, that uses 5/64" tape.
