Moto-lita steering wheel help needed

i picked a 15" moto lita wood grain steering and wheel and plan to copy garner67 and stain it a darker color to help blend in better with my interior. i need the adpater to connect it to my stock column.

I need to know where i can get one?

Ive also heard that i can just use a LaCarra wheel adapter, which you can purchase at Summit for a lot less, but it doesn't come with a horn button. is this true that i can use this adapter with a mota lita? thanks for the help in advance

which is alot cheaper then this one i didnt even pay this much for the wheel

They are both 9 bolt mounts but don't know if the bolt circle is the same. Buy one from Summit and see. Send it back if it won't work. Finish Line sells Moto-Lita.

i'll verify for you tomorrow. i have one of the mounts that branda sells that i picked up cheap sitting on the shelf & also have a lecarra wheel out in the shop. i can put them together tomorrow & see if they match. i'm pretty sure they will interchange as lecarra makes the newer moto-lita wheels from what i understand.

sweet thanks hopefullly it works the finish line one is over a 100 bucks and doenst look as nice

the moto-lita hub from branda was a perfect fit with the lecarra wheel so you shouldn't have any issues using the lecarra hubs with the moto-lita wheel. i found my hub new in the box on ebay for $11, so look around a little before you buy.

I have that exact wheel I bought from Branda several years ago before my car sat up for 6 years. I was thinking of swapping out to a leather wrapped wheel. I love the one in the Vanilla Sky car. I hadn't thought of staining it darker. That looks sweet. Other than saying all of that, there is no purpose to my post. sorry.

I like those wheels. Just noticed that Branda has the complete wheel with hub and button for $398.

Compared to sourcing an original deluxe wheel for my car and having it restored for $400 for just the wheel itself its not a bad route to go.
