Monterey Car Week cruise

So yesterday Joann and I headed out at 7:30am to drive down to Carmel to watch the Pebble Beach Concours cars drive on their cruise south on Hwy1. Well we didn't get there in time. 10 mile back-up on Hwy 1 and then a 45 minute full stop in Carmel on Hwy 1 due to the blocking of the highway for the cruise to get on. So we missed our chance to watch them leave but we went to the last stop light before the PCH in Carmel and watched them trickle back. Of course there were plenty of other cars to watch go by.

In all I took 96 pics. You had to have your head on a swivel because there were notable cars everywhere. A lot of guys showing off that they have too much money or debt, real car guys and then the usual public hating all the traffic. I saw too many Ferraris to count, a C8 ZR-1X, 6 Rolls Royce SUVs. Many Lambo SUVs and way too many Lambos also. There were Koenigseggs and all sorts of exoctics. Only 3 Mustangs. And then of course there were the cars from the show.
 
Wow looks like a good turn out. I never quite understand why blokes go buy a brand new anything, drive it to a show and act like they built it.

Photos are getting better, even right side up. That must have taken forever.

Oh these are Billionaires playing with their toys. The millionaires actually enjoy the cars. The kids with the Lambos are just in debt.
