Did a meatloaf on the grill last night w/Coca-Cola BBQ sauce, turned out great but I ate too much and was miserable afterwards.

Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

12-ounce can of Coke
1 1/2C Ketchup
1C finely chopped onion
1/4C Cider Vinegar
1/4C Worcestershire Sauce
1tsp Chili Powder
1tsp Salt
Hot Pepper Sauce to taste

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered for 35 - 40 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
3. Season with hot pepper sauce.

I read the ingredients but now realize it was for the BBQ sauce, not the meatloaf.
