Looking for front end height measurement with a Shelby drop

The car is dialed in and currently it is set for the track more than street. Heavy rack it appears. Looking for measurements from the lower lip on the rim to the top of the fender opening. I'm at 20 1/8". It looks too low. I will take a pic in a few minutes
 
Standard height for a 66 HiPo is 25 19/32" front, 24 55/64" rear, measured from top of fender opening to the ground after bouncing on the bumpers a couple of times.

Drove it and it is at 20" from the bottom lip of the fender and it is 22" from the ground floor to the lower fender and 25" in the rear. I was lower in the rear and had them re-arched 1" more. I figured it out 1" spacer is needed so I'll be at 24 for the front and 25" in the rear with a slight rack.
 
The Shelby drop repositions your UCA's by about an inch, however, you will not see an inch of drop.
In order to get the stance I desired, I additionally had to cut my non-progressive springs by about 1/2 a coil...
 
Should be measuring from the center of the spindle to the fender lip. Why you may ask. Well you are looking for the amount of spindle movement not the total car drop. You could measure form the fender to the ground, lower rim lip, or upper rim lip but that measurement will be different depending on tires & rim diameter. Just my 2 cents that were not asked for....

I think visually it's the larger rims and lower profile tires making it look too low. It almost looks like the rim lip is close to the fender lip. If those were 15" rims/sidewalls it'd look fine as you would have more tire sidewall showing and the rim would appear farther from the fenderlip.

Alignment was done. The guy who did it suggested to measure mine from the lower lip of the rim to keep the measurements consistent.
