ok peoples, here is a spin on an old timey favorite party drink of mine (especially a hit with the ladies).
K-Bomb Motorboating oil
12 ounces vodka
4 ounce orange liqueur (Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, Cointreau, etc.)
8 teaspoon simple syrup
6 ounce freshly-squeezed kalamansi juice
Ice cubes
Superfine sugar for the rim job
Twisted peel of kalamansi
I recomend you make the simple syrup prior to comsumption of any of this - remember to make it you must use fire and that's dangerous when you've started consuming this.
Mix the vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and kalamansi juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice; shake well (supposedly the cocktail is to be shaken 40 times to make sure the sugar is well blended).
Pour strained liquor into sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a twisted peel of kalamansi.
NOTE: To create a sugar-rimmed glass, take a slice of kalamansi wedge and rub the drinking surface of the glass so it is barely moist. Dip the edge of the glass into the superfine sugar.
Apply k-bomb mixture liberally to target area and light off motorboat.....
Makes 1 wild evening.
