I've done the WE thing on VMF, was burned in '08, skipped '09 and I'm afraid with the economy that Santa may not bring me anything unless I participate in a WE!

Please tell me that StangFix is doing a WE! If so how/when do we sign up??
 
we did it last year... Someone (I nominate Craig 1) :nk will put it all together. He did a great job last year.
 
WE = White Elephant. It's where you send any of the crap that you are always kicking around the garage that you don't want/need. Also could be a gag gift. Usually no more than $20.
 
Yes, we will be doing another WE program this Christmas which I'm working on. I plan to give Shag away to some poor sole who will go into financial ruins trying to keep the gas tank full.

THANK YOU SANTA...ER...CRAIG. My wife and I stopped exchanging gifts and just agreed to just buy ourselves our own gifts, and that has just taken the fun and surprise out of it.

WE is also an opportunity for the members...ahem, some of whom may be slightly pack rattish, (of course that doesn't include me or any Stangfix members...but I've heard some "car people" could be that way) to know that they can legitimately get rid of something without guilt, stuff, that they may have had around since the beginning of time, because of it's inherent worth, (the worth that SWMBO cannot see, but that SWMBO knows is junk or worse yet garbage (yes there is a difference)...and as I always say one man's garbage is another man's junk! May you be so privileged to touch my junk!!

Whew, what a mouthful, and if you can understand it then you do know the meaning of a good WE!!!!!!
 
I could use a 67 fastback and can afford to put gas in it..... :lol :lol :lol :lol

I missed last year and had to participate in VMF WE. It was a bust. I can't wait for the Fixes WE! I have a garage full of stuff to send.

I'm in! I just went through all the crap I've been hanging onto for years and found the WE gift I received in '04 or '05. I'd love to pass it on to someone. . .

Count me in also. I have some Dodger lunch bags and a complete exhaust system out of a 2003 F250 Superduty with a 6.0L powerstroke to ship off to some lucky person.

I did the WE at the vmf for a number of years and got some good stuff. I did however pass last year. Maybe I will give the Fix a shot this year. :ecit

I have busted lifters and a ground flat pushrod that someone's gonna get! Maybe a wiped cam too.
