A friend of mine lives not far away and he’s there frequently buying parts. He has more than a casual relationship with the sales staff there. He just sent me a text that the owners have told the rank and file staff that are there currently that they intend to sell the business. This, after years of staff reductions and reductions to their sales income. There is no heir-apparent, no clear buyer for the business, etc.
If you are seriously contemplating the purchase of any NOS parts, you may want to send them a list."
