Ford and the local dealer...

I must say the local dealer and Ford both shocked me today. About a week ago I was there for some service and when they brought me the car, I decided to ask them about the wheels where the clear coat was peeling. All 4 wheels had the issue. After a small mix up due to the service writer going on vacation, I talked to another one. Ford needed a couple more pics of the wheels and an overall of the car. About 2 hours later they called and said the new wheels would be here in about a week....

18,000 miles over 28 months of ownership....I am pleased with Ford.

Yes....that place that everyone says so much bad about. As I have said....it seems to have changed in the past 2-3 years. I have no complaints about any service I have had done there....other than the typical cost but even that is real close if not less than the independent shops.
