Exterior Door Handle feedback

I would welcome any info on the quality of the repro door handles available for our '70 Mach. I haven't decided on either nos or a repro. Not a concours car, but I want something that works and looks very nice. Thanks for your help.....

Though I don't have a '70 mustang, I haved bought repro's door handles for both our 65 and 68 and find no problem with them. I'd hope the '70 would fall under a similar catagory.

I put a pair of Scott Drake's on mine. VERY Nice IMO.

I bought a cheap pair from I don't remember where. I do remember having to reuse my mechanisms from my factory set on the new pair (which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion). They're also already pitting about 2 years later when the car has spent almost its entire life in the garage. One thing I will say, is if they offer a better quality repro, spend the extra few bucks for it. I wish I would have.
