Drove Moby Today!

I drove my new 1971 Mach I today to my mechanics so they could do a safety check and adjust the timing and fuel a bit. It's a great car to drive! Since it was pretty low on fuel and the gas gauge is iffy, I stopped at a large station on the way there to be safe. As I was leaving and driving around the station, I noticed the only other car in there was a 1966 coupe. We were checking each other's cars out and waved. I think it looked pretty cool--two vintage Mustangs in the station, both white.

Moby goes to his first car show on Saturday. I'm not expecting anything, just going to support the cause and get some opinions on the car. I won't have the time to really clean it up since it's stored at my office, but it still looks pretty good.

I got some more pictures and I'll try and post them later today. And, I'll get lots more at the show on Saturday.

With that posi rear end, it's so easy to grab the pavement when pulling out or making a turn. I'm going to have to watch it driving it across town. It also will be funny at the show since I have an Ohio temporary tag on it. :)

It's supposed to be beautiful weather, so should be a fun show!

Don't you mean Trak-Lok, not Posi?

Have fun. I loved mine. Those big toads ride nice! I miss mine, wish I had the money to buy one!

I ended up having something come up that caused me to turn down a trip to Tuscon with Weber State. I would have been able to visit Moby... :sad :sad :sad

Oh well, next time...

You should be able to put a hitch on Moby and put Murphy and Trouble on a tandem trailer to tow to the shows with ease.... :lol :lol

You might get the longest distance to come to the show with those plates too.

Glad the car made it without to many issues.

It's been broken off. Just one thing on my list to change. I probably will go with a retractable one.
