couple of craiglist cars

I saw that, he had the fastback on Ebay last week and it hit 9k with no sale. I think the color is wrong for the year and the value of a car thats apart is nowhere near the value of a driver. He needs to finish it if he wants top dollar.
 
Those don't look like bad prices but being an originally 2+2 A code 289 4V, 4sp. car that now has a 302/C4 really hurts his resale I think. If you had the parts laying around to switch it back it may be worth it I guess.

I know I've got an auto car, that's the way it came but I really prefer the manual in the '65/'66 fastbacks for some reason. I guess it's that big honkin' shift handle sticking up in a lighter car that does it...
