Couple of 69 mustang disk brake questions

The first problem I was having was it clicking going around a right handed corner and if I would slightly put on my brakes it would quit. Also I was getting a constant squeaking on that side and it would quit also if I slightly put my foot on the brakes. So today I pulled the passenger side front wheel off to see what was up. Just some back ground here, resurfaced rotors, brakes, well, everything is about 3500 miles old.
The first thing I notice is the rotors have almost a mirror finish on them. What would cause this improper seating the brakes? Next thing I see is one of the rubber bushings is broken and pulled away from the pin (I assume this is my clicking noise).

1)Can I just go to auto zone and get new guide pins and rubber bushings? (I reused the old pins just sandblasting them but had some pits). Just having rubber as bushings doesn’t seem right but I guess it works.

2)If I want to replace the two piece rotors should I get a one piece or stay with the original two piece (haven’t really looked into this). Also who has good coatings on their rotors to keep them from looking like crap? I think I’ll have to purchase new bearing races but I can’t remember.

3)The pins looked kind of dry but I know I greased them when I installed them the first time, and I used high temp grease. Does anyone use any type of special grease, maybe I used the wrong grease?
