I while back I mentioned in another thread the possible wherabouts of a cheap '67 vert/shell, but didn't have all of the details.
While riffling through some PW in my desk today I came across the missing info.
The owner's name is John Young and he runs a business in Yuma AZ called Desert Auto. He's got quite the collection of restored classics, most of which are for sale, but not advertised. His address is 2476 East 14th Street and his phone number at the business is 928-783-4560.
The mostly disassembled 'vert was fairly solid, but missing it's rear-end, so it's not much of a "roller". As I remember all of the 'vert top pieces were still there and he offered the car to me for $600. I'm not sure if it's still there or not, but definitely worth checking into if you're fairly local to that area.
If you're ever in that area stop in and say hello. John is one heckuva car guy and if you're lucky he'll open the door to his wharehouse and show you his collection.
