Can you ID this Z-Bar?

When I pulled the Z-bar (clutch equalizer) bar setup with the upper and lower rods and all that fun stuff, I noticed that they were wrong for a 428. It appears when the previous owner switched out for the 428, he used whatever parts he had laying around. I assumed it was a 351 Z-bar until I saw in the catalogs the pictures. I'm almost 100% it's not for a 351 and I know it's not correct for a 390/428 so my question is, can anyone identify it? Is it in fact a 289/302 z-bar from 67-70? Any light you guys could shed on this would be greatly appreciated as I have it for sale and don't want to mislead anyone.

I can take additional pics at other angles if you need.

Man that sure looks like the big block z bar. But it looks like the lower end might have been modified. What size is the bushing on the cross shaft? The big blocks used a 1" bushing where the small blocks used a 3/4" bushing. If it is the 3/4" bushing then yes it would be a 289-302 from 67-70.

The inside diameter is in fact 1". I purchased a reproduction one (doh!) because it didn't look correct. Now it looks like he may have drilled out the lower clutch rod hole so that he could use some other lower clutch rod he had. I may try to weld up that lower hole with some metal rod to make it correct again and just try to sell the z-bar. I appreciate the help guys!
