Can anyone here help me and my mismatching wheelhouse radius?

So on the passenger side of my 65 the quarter has been previously changed along with the outer wheel house. The problem is they patched the inner where it met the trunk floor with goo and now that I am rebuilding everything I see a problem has shown itself.

When I put the new trunk floor in place the outer wheelhouse is going to be in the way of a new inner section from fitting up properly. I have the gas tank in place and everything floor wise seems to be in the proper spot.
Here is a pic of the offending area. I have the quarter detached was kinda hoping to get a complete center rather than just the diff. Do they sell the entire centers? tched slightly from the wheel house and from the tail light section so I can move stuff around, but I cant pull this down far enough to match the new inner section that I have cut to fit in place of the removed section.

I am changing both the inner and outer on the other side and when I lay them together they are not close at all in the curve and I suspect that is the trouble on the passenger side.

Has anyone here changed the radius of an outer wheel house half? How did you do it?

I am out on the shop today trying to get this portion sorted so I can weld the trunk floors and transition in place and any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I can see it right , I would modify that piece of trunkfloor that meets the inner wheelwell. :confu :confu :confu

Well, that part of the issue, if I use a new inner wheelhouse to make a patch fort the inner, the two halves do not come together. And, to add to my confusion the sheet metal is in the right spot according to the gas tank.

And, the other side is showing the same thing when I try to put in the outer half without the inner half.

I have determined that the "Flap" on the outer wheelhouse is in the way and cannot go behind the inner, I trimmed it and bent it to the inside for trial fitment with promising results. I am going to use the inner to bend the outer to match and try to trial fit the drivers side. IF that works out I will need to slice and bend the outer on the passenger side while it is in the car and match it to the new inner parts.
