Building the european mustang aka capri anno 1970

Look the simularyties in construction.
Look at the guy who throws the spare tire into the trunk !!!

I knew a guy who got the fourth car off the boat in Long Beach, CA.

I love those cars. Hardly see them anymore.

In the states they were probably equipped with the V6 engine but in Europe , many had the V4 engine as shown in the video. The shorter version of the 289. :rolleyes:

I recall a 4 banger. Maybe a 6. I knew of one with a 351 Cleveland in one.

The latest version of the capri had the 3000cc v6 engine with fuel injection.
Never knew a V8 could be mounted in that engine bay. A V8 from factory ?

Not factory.

The seats were moved back and the 351 Cleveland was shoe horned in. It had all metal fender flares to fit some super wide tires under it. For 1980 it was killer.
