Best way to adjust the door for proper gap

The doors are stuffed and I see both are sagging just a tad (1/16"-1/8"). What is the easiest way to raise the back end of the doors just a tad? I want to start hanging the front end this weekend. Place a couple paint sticks between the door and rocker in back, loosen and re tighten the hinge bolts that attach to the pillar?

I use a floor jack. Open the door just enough to get a jack with a 2X4 on it under the door. Put a slight amount of pressure on the door with the jack and then loosen and tighten the bolts. This way if you need more lift, just jack it up some more.

I use 4 of these. Two between door and rocker and two between door and qtr. THen use them on fenders and hood to get all gaps the same. Deck lids usually fit a little too tight for this method.
