Im considering buying and NOS windshield and trying to figure out how to get it to my shop without an enormous freight bill. Suggestions?
 
I might be able to facilitate some help via some friends in the area. BUT...why a NOS glass? You're not doing a restoration of exacting detail as far as I know. I got my new glass for under $100 and it fit perfect. Are you getting a smoking hot deal or something?
 
You are correct . . . Im looking at parts for my '70 Mach which I WILL be restoring to concours. The NOS glass is suitable for concours driven/trailered which I will be building to but not Thoroughbred.
Any ideas on how to get it to me without shipping? I don't need it now but didn't want it to get away from me.

I'm sure one of my friends could pick it up and then we could try and coordinate handing it off along the way to you. I have a number of friends/co-workers that cover the land between where it is and you reside. Let me make some calls and see if we can't formulate a plan.
