Anyone in the Grapevine/Colleyville (Texas) area interested in warehouse space ?

I have 2 picked out...They are actually about 5 minutes from you.... One is a lot bigger than the other, but more expensive..so...depending how many might want to go in on something like this drives the size.

I have this idea that I can't get out of my head of a Hotrod club concept where a few guys go together on a warehouse with common area things..like...lift, paint booth, powder coat oven, welder, etc...etc....et... i have been accumulating tools and such to get this going and have found (what I think are) good space at a good price.

I didn't hear from you.. Are any of your buddies still interested.. Would really like to find someone close by and trust worthy to go in with me..
