Any hockey fans??? Levi Stadium game

Heading for the game tonight. LA vs the Sharks.
Of course the view will leave a lot to be desired versus my usual seats but hey it should be fun.

I'm certainly not a fan, but the wife sure is! As a matter of fact she's not home right now, she's with my daughter at the hockey game!! They're huge fans of our minor league ECHL pro team, the Charleston Stingrays. They're a farm team for the Boston Bruins.

Not a great venue for hockey. Oddly enough, I think we were too close, higher up and the glass would not have been such a distraction...

I was up in the top deck at the blue line. Surprisingly we could see the puck and all the action, but the further you are the slower the game seems.
Last night we went back. Stood on the Sharks bench while my son skated. It was a free skate for season ticket holders. They will be taking it down this Friday. Met the Shark's COO. He said its costing $20k a day to have it there. Gave me his card and said to e-mail him...he'd respond with a gift.

My wife is a Blackhawks fan.
However when we lived in the Chicago area we always went to watch the Chicago Freeze, a farm team. My wife and sons are big fans of hockey.
I have only been to one NHL game though. Saw the Leafs in Toronto play the Ducks.
