68 Gauge Cluster Shield Tubes

I need the cardboard tubes that go in a 68 Gauge cluster that shield the left turn signal and the bright lights. Mine are missing.
 
Why don't you just substitute CPVC cut to length, all you need is the correct diameter/length and your good. Maybe someone can post?
 
I have a couple for 1966, if they are the same length and diameter...
