The 9" LSD rear and bench seats are rare, as is the Rally Pac. The bench seat, although rare, is not particularly desirable. The engine compartment indicates a fair amount of PO modifications. The GT comes with front disk brakes.

What are you trying to get at: a buying or selling price, or just an indication of uniqueness?

just an indication on rarity, the motor in is a 302 roller wondering if i should modify the car or just rebuild it to factory specs totally stock

I'd have to disagree. Bench seats rock! If you've got a bench then you have a place to rest your arm. . .

Well the car doesn't look too modified. I'd say go stock with the body and interior and do the engine compartment however you like.

I also like the bench seats, but the majority of Mustangers prefer the bucket seats.

:thu +2 That's why I wheeled and dealed with a good friend to get one for my coupe project!

IIRC, only hipo's came with a 9", must be a swap unless it's a "K" code. Does the door ID data plate match the left apron stamping?
