Great story. It would have only been better if your wife was in the Mustang and it ran up her leg! You would have had another accident then for sure!
 
I am ready. The care smells like lavender and the trap is set....I wonder which one will win out....driven away from the dryer sheet....or lust after the Extra Crispy Peanut Buttered up trap.

I've been using this style trap in the house for years and never had an issue. they are very effective. I bait the roof of the trap and have never had a spill off other bait or internal bodily fluids (aside from the last 'oh shit' that always pops out ;) )

She's not allowed in the garage. But yeah....she is pretty useless....aside from the companionship and she licks my toes at night when I am falling asleep.
 
haha, that happened to me in my coupe many years ago with my girlfriend (now wife) driving home from the family cottage, heading down the highway and she starts screaming :censored it ran up under the dash, we pulled over, doors open for EVER! got back in and drove home, a few days later at work I get in the car at noon to go for lunch, just before I turn the key I hear squeaking coming from the headliner right over my head, I could feel it in the headliner, I worked at a GM dealership so I grabbed Tibor the trim guy and we pulled back the headliner to find a litter of baby mice, put them in a box and gave them to the parts department LOL mousetang

they can go up the A-pillar
 
Best rat trap my folks ever found was their yorkie. I've seen that 5 pound terror absolutely destroy a rat's/rabbit's nest, killing everything in it within seconds. And she does this to any rodent, bird, even wild kittens if she gets to them. My Weimaraner has been put in his place many a time by that unholy beast. She's a fearless, pocket sized, brutal killer. Who knew pure evil could be so cute?
Need to get her up here to track down that critter that keeps getting in my grill.

Maybe your screaming like a girl scared him enough he crawled out thru the rust holes in the trunk and committed suicide in traffic......
 
You're not alone brother! I stopped by the parts house yesterday and got two new rotors and pads for my F350 since the right front started in metal on metal all of a sudden. Since I live 17 miles from town, I also got a new caliper in case it needed it. Well, I started on the side I thought would be the hardest one (the right) which I figured was because it needed a caliper. I got it done just like it should be and started on the easy side, just rotor and pads.

Easy my butt! I spent 2 1/2 hours just getting the caliper bracket off. When I got it off with the help of a cheater pipe I borrowed from the neighbor, I started to clean it up and pull the push pins to grease them. Well, one is rusted in the hole. No wonder my brakes pull to the right. The left wasn't functioning correctly. Now I have a torn apart truck and need a part! The parts houses can't get one until tomorrow AM. The Ford dealer wants four times as much as the local parts houses.

My youngest daughter is on her way to visit and it is our 27th wedding anniversary...we were going to get dinner and a movie, guess not since Amber's Excursion has a broken seat motor and I can't drive it due to where the seat is. She isn't feeling well enough to drive either....

Technically if he was going to commit suicide he could just fall out the 1 inch wide by 12-18 inch long gap at the bottom of the sleby tail light panel on the car ;)......he would die of starvation looking for a rust whole to use as an exit.
