Who is admin?

People are having email issues joining/rejoining the forum. Apparently it's not within the scope of our regular moderators abilities to help people with such problems. People are asking me about these problems because they know I was an admin on another board. But here I'm nobody and have no insight on such problems. That's fine with me, but who do we ask exactly here for that sort of next level technical help? And what's the best way to get attention to the matter?

What sort of problems are being experienced? One has to register to join, and then have to be approved to join. The people who have attempted to sign in over the past few days have automatically been targeted as their e-mails and IP addresses have been marked as spam or previously rejected...

Apparently emails are being rejected. I didn't know the Fix had an auto spam filter that good. Perhaps it is being a bit over enthusiastic? I've told those affected to PM Midlife.
Didn't mean to try and go over your head Midlife, but your title reads "Moderator" not "Admin" so I didn't know if you had enough access. Thanks for your time.
