It didn't start off bad...just a typical day of driving the fastback to work. I'm just sitting at my desk eating my lunch, when one of my co-workers comes in my office and says "Someone just hit your mustang in the parking lot." I'm thinking, he's pulling my leg...he's a big practical joker. Just then another co-worker tells me I better go out to the parking lot. Now I know that something bad has happened.
I head out to the parking lot and there's a F-250 parked near my fastback. Crap. I get closer and see the rear end. Crap. My tail light is busted, the bumper is fubar'd, and I see twisted metal. Crap. After getting all the guy's information, and calling insurance, I head back out to assess the damage. The quarter panel is wrinkled, and the trunk won't open. But at least the driver's door seems to be unaffected and I still have a brake light!! I learned later that the guy was very unhappy when he came to the office and left in the same mood. He shot out of the parking spot and knew when to stop when he hit my car. Here's the pics:
