OK 'Fixers, what's on your table for Christmas?

Well since it is snowing, the ribs are in the oven instead of the smoker. I'll finish them off on the grill.

Cheesey potatoes are ready for the oven, that good salad is ready and the lime and lemon merengue pies are in the oven.

In addition to our traditional Beef Wellington Christmas dinner I made some Cranberry chutney to replace the canned cranberry sauce. After tasting it yesterday I can truly say I am never going back to 'canned' sauce again. Its a pretty simple recipe with candied ginger, sugar and one jalapeno in addition to the berries and pears. Sweet with a touch of hot.
